An early morning in the Norwegian mountains. The air is clear and almost cool. Before the sun has even warmed the day, a fine mist lies across the lake. There is no wind at all, no sound to break the silence, no movement to ripple the water.<\/p>\n
It is in moments like these that perfect reflections appear. The mountains, the sky, the delicate lines of trees: everything is reflected with remarkable clarity in the smooth water. It is as though the landscape has doubled, revealing another world so close and yet beyond reach.<\/p>\n
Such conditions are rare and precious. The combination of stillness, light and moisture creates a special atmosphere. In the early morning light, colours, contrasts and textures seem more intense, almost graphic. The camera hardly has to do anything. The light does the work.<\/p>\n
